Rivian Automotive is Hiring a Network Operations Specialist Near New York City, NY
Rivian is looking for a Network Operations Specialist who will work closely with our Network Operations Center (NOC) Engineers to remediate Energy and Charging related concerns and ensure reliability of all products and services.
Responsibilities
- Proactively monitor performance of networked assets
- Provide excellent customer service by rapidly responding to incoming calls and emails for B2B clients and service partners
- Triage new and existing incidents/outages
- Use keen attention to detail to document issues in case management platform
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications
- 1 years of customer service experience preferably in a fast-paced NOC or technical support environment
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field is preferred
- Customer-first approach, with a relentless passion to exceed customer expectations
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Team-player mentality, with a willingness to assist and teach others on the team
- Ability to follow written and oral instructions with great attention to detail
