Exciting opportunity for a passionate, driven sales professional! We are seeking an enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our team at our St. Louis, MO location.

In this role you will:

• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with product selection, questions, and transactions.
• Utilize product knowledge to make recommendations and upsell additional products and services.
• Maintain neat, orderly, and appealing store displays and merchandising presentations.
• Operate cash registers and POS systems with accuracy and efficiency.
• Help drive sales goals and create a welcoming, positive environment for customers.
• Assist with inventory control, stocking, and general store operations and maintenance.

The ideal candidate has:

• 1 years retail sales experience, preferably in a specialty retail environment.
• Strong selling skills and the ability to meet individual and team sales goals.
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Flexible schedule - ability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
