THE ROLE:
We are currently looking to expand our Learning & Development function and are looking for a new Corporate Sales Trainers to join our team! As we grow and we onboard new National Account Executives and Sales Associates to our teams across the country, we need to grow our L&D team equally as quickly to ensure they have all of the tools and resources that our reps need to be successful with our merchants. Our Corporate Sales Trainers support the onboarding and training of over 100 new reps per week so we are looking for passionate and dedicated sellers that want to help and motivate Riverside's rapidly mobilizing contractor base.
