River City Management Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to oversee our upscale restaurant operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, possess excellent leadership skills, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall success of the restaurant, including managing staff, overseeing daily operations, and maintaining high standards of food quality and service.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff management, inventory control, and financial performance
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food safety standards

- Ensure compliance with the Alcoholic Beverage Commission (ABC)
- Train and mentor staff to provide outstanding customer service
- Monitor and maintain high levels of cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative menus and dishes
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- We have a 'Touch Every Table' policy for all of our management staff

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in restaurant management or a similar role
- Proficiency in Aloha POS or similar restaurant management software
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Culinary background or experience is a plus
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
