- Oversee and manage all aspects of the daily operations of the establishment
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve business goals and objectives
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Monitor and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
- Manage inventory and control costs to maximize profitability
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff members
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, employees, and stakeholders
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices
```Skills```
- Strong knowledge of Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Experience in food handling and preparation
- Proven ability to supervise and lead a team effectively
- Familiarity with hotel or food industry operations
- Understanding of food production processes and quality standards
- Experience in banquet or catering services is a plus
- Knowledge of bartending techniques is an advantage
