Key Responsibilities:
- Lead P&L management, executing strategic plans to enhance profitability, productivity, and quality.
- Drive operational excellence through process optimization and innovation.
- Manage the site management team to exceed operational metrics and elevate customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement initiatives to drive productivity and revenue growth.
- Continuously evaluate and introduce process improvements, presenting recommendations to senior leadership
- Interface with customers, engaging in operational reviews, QBRs, and pricing discussions.
- Develop and manage budgetary and resource allocation plans.
- The opportunity to scale up and map out the growth of a new operation.

- Proven success in a senior managerial role, with strong decision-making abilities
- Experience in financial management and operational procedures in contract manufacturing, EMS, and Reverse Logistics industries.
