Job Summary:

Responsiblefor analyzing financial and operational results to gain a detailedunderstanding of the current business conditions and making recommendations toimprove business performance, and will provide analysis for specific request ofbusiness results.

PrimaryResponsibilities and Duties:

Theduties of the Financial Analyst, include but are not limited to:

• Reviewactual results versus forecast and plan and investigates material variances andidentify areas of opportunity for the business and establish KPIs

• Acquiredata and underlying assumptions to be used in the creation of a monthlyreporting package, annual budget and various other reporting needs

• Prepare,review and distribute monthly reporting package highlighting key results

• Preparetimely and accurate monthly, annual and ad hoc reporting packages

• Provideinformation to management by assembling and summarizing data; preparingreports; making presentations of findings, analyses, and recommendations

• Participatein projects within the business to help design process improvements and to makesure changes ultimately improve, reporting, enhance timeliness and impact tothe business

• Otherresponsibilities could include: month end entries and reporting, varianceanalysis, reconciling general ledger accounts and budgeting

• Specialprojects and other duties as assigned from time to time

• Bachelors’ degree in Finance or Accounting required
• 2 years’ experience in Finance or Accounting, including experience with analysis, forecasting and budgeting
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office; expert level Excel
• Ability to handle a fast-paced, challenging work environment
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Possess excellent organization and time-management skills
• Demonstrate ability to be a team player, self-motivated and dependable
• Demonstrate ability to well organized and detail-orientated
