Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious Door to Door Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will not only promote and sell our pest control services but also play a key role in nurturing leadership skills among our sales team. You will have the opportunity to travel within your assigned territory, inspire your team members, and contribute to their professional growth.

This is a full-time Sales Representative role with RISE Partners. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our pest control services to residential and commercial customers by going door to door. This includes identifying potential customers, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and building long-term relationships with clients. This is a hybrid role, with the primary location in San Antonio, TX, but also Travel work opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead by example and demonstrate effective sales techniques and customer relationship management
  • Travel within assigned territory to generate leads, conduct meetings, and close door to door sales
  • Mentor and coach junior sales representatives to help them achieve their sales targets and develop their leadership potential
  • Collaborate with sales management to design and implement training programs focused on sales techniques, product knowledge, and leadership development
  • Provide constructive feedback and performance evaluations to team members to support their growth and improvement
  • Foster a positive and inclusive team environment that promotes collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales is a plus but not required
  • Customer service background
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel extensively within assigned territory
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Pay: $80,681.00 - $125,512.00 per year
