Riot Hospitality Group is Hiring an Operations Manager Near Scottsdale, AZ
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences.
- Works as a team player and actively contributes to the success of the bar/restaurant experience.
- Manage payroll admin duties, including updating employee punches, update tip sheet, finalize and submit payroll.
- Work with vendors and the accounting team to maintain record of invoices and ensure timely payment.
- Ensuring the venue is in working order. Address any maintenance issues with the hotel maintenance team.
- Maintain adequate staffing, onboard new employees, complete I9’s, and ensure employees are up to date on certifications.
- Other supportive functions as determined by the supervisor.
- Previous experience in night life or other related fields.
- Strong leadership qualities.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills – fluent in English language.
- A guest-oriented mindset.
- Required food and alcohol manager certifications.
