Heritage Home Care is rapidly expanding and looking for a talented Operations Manager to join our growing agency. The Operations Manager is a key member of the agency’s management team and is responsible for ensuring the day-to-day operations of the agency run properly and efficiently. This position requires decisive leadership, exceptional communication skills, strong prioritization and problem- solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent judgment and oversight skills along with strong attention to detail
- Ability to effectively address sensitive situations and unexpected events
- Superior customer service and problem-solving skills. Comfortable working with affluent clients with particular needs and expectations
- Ability to interact and communicate with all levels of agency staff
- Solid office computer skills, including MS Office, and Facebook
- Knowledge of Clear Care/ Wellsky is a plus.
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Outgoing, positive, and pleasant attitude is a must!
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage day-to-day agency operations and ensure they are running efficiently:
- Existing Clients are receiving scheduled service
- Recruiting plan is aligned with near-term and future staffing needs
- New Clients are staffed and started properly
- Escalations of difficult or sensitive operational issues are addressed in an appropriate and timely manner
- Oversee activities of Client Care Coordinators, Recruiting and Admin Staff, taking appropriate coaching, training, or corrective actions
- Ensure agency performance and profitability targets are achieved through operational excellence
- Create operational key driver reports for Management team review
- Responsible for office and field staff issue escalations and HR management
- Complete Billing, Payroll and LTC submissions promptly
- Develop and implement field staff retention, incentive, and training programs
- Ensure Policy and Procedure compliance, development/improvement and implementation
- Perform required periodic staff performance reviews
- Assist with Business Development activities
- Manage Social Media and Onboarding accounts
- Offer creative and inspirational ideas for company social activities
- Publish Company newsletters monthly
- Provide support to on-call staff
Qualifications
- Associates or Bachelor's degree
- Two to five years of office management experience
- Minimum of one year supervisory experience
- Nursing, Home Health, Home Care, or related industry experience a plus
