Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Ensures completeness and accuracy of the “Quotation and Contract”. Reviews all order entry packages including but not limited to plans, specifications, and quote estimates.
· Relay all information, including changes after contract signing, to engineering, purchasing, scheduling, accounting, and the customer.
· Coordinates inter-departmental needs for smooth workflow.
· Acts as the company’s contact person for the customer and will have a lot of interaction with outside sales representatives and customers for issues that need verification.
Requirements
Qualifications:
1) Minimum 2-year Technical Associates degree
2) Excellent verbal and written communication skills
3) Computer literate – including MS Word and Excel
4) Strong math aptitude
5) Ability to interpret architectural/structural drawings
6) Experience in the metal building industry in lieu of a college degree will be considered
