DutiesMy Flooring America is seeking a Project Coordinator that will be responsible for management of defined departmental functions and personnel by, verifying schedules, verifying proper assignments to sub-contractors, serving as a knowledge resource, assisting in load outs, and setting up video calls with customers as needed.
Duties Include:
- Manage sub-contractors for both the DFW and Houston markets
- Schedule video calls with customers
- Handle customer concerns/questions
- Verify proper work order and detailed job explanation to sub-contractors
- Assist with daily load outs
- Schedule inspections as required
- Monitor and Coordinate sub-contractors schedules
- Be readily available as a knowledge resource to help sub-contractors and customers
We are seeking a team member that possesses the following:
· Detail Oriented
· Organized
· Time-Management Skills
· Microsoft Office
· Willingness to learn and work
· Ability to utilize industry specific software (comprehensive training provided)
· Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
· A positive, can-do attitude
Travel Required for position- 50%
