Our team takes great pride in the work we do and has a reputation for delivering a quality product and great customer service for some of the largest homebuilders in Arizona. Our ever-growing company is looking for a Scheduling Coordinator for our Residential Concrete Division to join our Team.

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 7AM to 4PM. This position will be working out of our Tucson, AZ Location.

Successful candidate will possess a strong work ethic who is reliable and dependable.

Overview of Duties

• Coordinate subcontractors and project managers
• Dispatch field technicians
• Understand the scope to be able to produce accurate scheduling
• Communicate with Customers to inform status of job from start to finish

Experience/Requirements

• Able to work in an extremely fast-paced working environment
• Excellent time-management skills
• Must be able to multi-task while staying organized
• Extremely detail oriented
• Possess strong communication skills for verbally and written
• Ability to build and maintain a great relationship with Customers and Co-workers
• Construction background a plus
• Knowledge in all aspects of office and field support of residential plumbing
