$1500 Sign-On Bonus! This position will work Part-Time Day/Night Shift, every third weekend and holiday and is eligible for benefits thirty days after employment.

As a Registered Nurse (RN)- Float Pool you will be responsible for delivering individualized patient care through the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.

Minimum Education/Work Experience for a Registered Nurse (RN)

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• CICU and/or PACU experience OR Emergency experience in conjunction with med/surg experience

RN- Float Pool License/Certifications:

• Current professional nurse licensure in Minnesota or if licensed in another state, a permit from the Minnesota Board of Nursing while the license application is in process.
• BLS certification
• TNCC or successful completion of trauma education that meets the requirements of the state trauma system within one year of hire.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in nursing
• ACLS certification
