In the spirit of Christ's love, we serve others with integrity and compassion.Job DescriptionStatus: Regular, Part-timeSign-On Bonus: $2,500DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Supervise and lead the clinical team within the Memory Care Program called Reflections at Auburn MeadowsFollows the mission, policies and procedures and safety rules of the facilityUnderstands/supports the Resident Bill of RightsFollows Federal and State of Minnesota rules and regulations governing nursing facilitiesCompetently perform related functions of a clinically astute licensed nurse and deliver quality clinical proceduresMotivate, monitor and direct Nursing Assistants throughout the shiftContribute to planning, implementing and evaluating nursing policies and proceduresCommunicate verbally and in writing while maintaining open lines of communication with residents, family, nursing staff, other departments and external health professionals and agenciesRespond in emergency situations to assure resident safety and securityAssist residents with all forms of ADLsAssist to administer medications to residents per physician ordersBe familiar with Eldermark as this is our EHR programQualificationsGraduate of an approved RN/LPN programCurrent License by the Minnesota Board of NursingCPR CertifiedExcellent verbal and written English communication skills, organizational skills, and leadership/supervisory skillsAbility to work independently with no supervision, work irregular hours including every third weekend and every other holidayMust be able to pass a background study through the State of MinnesotaSupervisory experience preferred by not requiredAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
