The Downtown Evening Service Desk Lead ensures that exceptional customer service is provided during afternoon and evening hours of operation that our members and guests value and expect. The Evening Service Desk Lead works closely with and communicate directly with the Downtown General Manager
Directs and leads Downtown Service Desk Team in concert with Downtown GM to ensure consistent representation of the Ridge culture and service
Assists in new membership sales and inquiries
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Education:
High School Diploma with some college preferred
Community CPR/AED or higher, within the first 90 days of employment
Experience:
Minimum of one year of experience providing outstanding customer service
Previous experience in a leadership role
Skills:
Ability to lead and develop team members
Must possess good communication and written skills. Must be able to verbally communicate instructions and Club Guidelines in a positive manner with Members, Guests and Service Desk Team
Team-player, energetic, self-starter, detail oriented and highly motivated, able to prioritize, organize and follow through with projects
Must have the ability to multitask in a high paced and dynamic environment
Enthusiasm for promoting personal health and fitness
Ability to lead by example with all club tasks, processes and procedures
Must be able to direct and ensure all service desk employees follow Club Guidelines for cleanliness and club procedures
