Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of sales and finance professionals to consistently surpass sales targets.
• Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to ensure individual and team success.
• Oversee inventory management and maintain impeccable merchandising standards on the showroom floor.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that prioritizes teamwork, accountability, and customer satisfaction.
• Cultivate enduring relationships with customers, delivering exceptional service throughout the sales and follow-up process.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify growth opportunities and refine strategies.

Required Experience:

• A collaborative team player with a proven sales track record in a related industry.
• Familiarity with Powersports products and a genuine passion for the industry.
• Drive and determination to achieve sales objectives and exceed customer expectations.
• Possession of a valid driver's license, with the ability to obtain a motorcycle endorsement if not already held.
