AVYFS is Hiring a Direct Support Professional DSP Near Richmond, VA
Job Description
We are urgently seeking Full-Time, Part-time (Minimum of 24 hours), and (Weekend) Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to work in our DD residential homes. We are an organization that is motivated to being the change we want to see in the DD community. The training you will receive here will prepare you to be a leader in the field. We currently have homes in North Chesterfield and Chesterfield counties and we are looking to grow. Some of the duties expected include but are not limited to: Assisting individuals with meeting person centered outcomes outlined in their treatment plans, facilitating groups, support with activities of daily living; support with community outings, support with connecting individuals to resources and other supportive services in the community.
We are looking for these individuals to choose among the following open shifts:
Part time Evening
- 3pm-11pm
Part time Overnight
- 11pm-7am
Full Time Evenings
- 3pm-11pm
Full Time Overnight
- 11pm-7am
