Job Purpose
The Human Resource Director will plan, lead, direct, develop and coordinate the policies, activities, and staff or 5h3 HR Department, ensuring legal compliance and implementation of the organizations mission and talent strategy.
Duties and Responsibilities
You will serve as HR Director, acting as a trusted, strategic business partner, coach, and understanding the people's needs and business requirements of the assigned business areas. Partnering with business leaders and HR Directors from Canada and Mexico, this role ensures employees are aligned and equipped to deliver business results. Ideally, the HR Director should have deep business acumen, a solid understanding of HR, and a track record of delivering high-impact results. People strategies must be clarified and guided by this individual, who must be strategic and business focused.
