Rice Equipment Inc is now accepting applications for immediate employment for Service Support / Scheduler. We are looking for a friendly and outgoing personality. This position assists various departments and works closely with our Service Manager.

Job Description:

• Support customers with service needs for installation, repairs or parts.
• Effectively and accurately create customer jobs in a database, updating jobs as product ships and jobs are ready to schedule.
• Effectively interface with internal departments such as: sales, service technicians and clerical teams.
• Answer incoming calls.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Must be customer-focused and driven.
• Pleasant phone skills.
• Detailed minded.
• Ability to be organized.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
