Job description

The Inside Sales Representative provides direct support in the ongoing development of existing and prospective clients to ensure the Sales Department can meet its growth targets. Develop client relationships and provide service support for clients. Help manage and maintain client accounts from initial communications through client onboarding and periodic intervals to ensure client satisfaction.

Duties and responsibilities

· Contact prospective clients by phone to identify new sales opportunities.

· Contact existing clients by phone and/or email to expand current service line utilization as well as explore unused, potentially complimentary service lines.

· Assist clients in exploring patient monitoring technologies and related services based on the clients’ needs and objectives.

· Follow up with clients to make sure they are satisfied with their RhythmStar® monitoring technologies and related monitoring services.

· Maintain client and prospective client communications in company’s CRM software.

· Support the Field Sales Team.

· Become a company expert and resource on both RhythMedix and competitive offerings.

· Assist with sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective and existing clients.

· Prepare proposals, quotes and agreements to prospective and existing clients as required.

Minimum Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree required.

· Minimum of 6 months of customer service or sales experience (beneficial but not required)

· Excellent written/verbal communication skills; as direct interaction with customers, internal associates, and field sales personnel is part of the job responsibility.

· Able to work in a team environment and take direction.

· Ability to work independently after suitable training and direction given.

· Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

· Organized, detail-oriented individual with the ability to multi-task and establish priorities.
