RGGUSA is Hiring an Office Administrative Assistant Near Los Angeles, CA

We seek a detail-oriented and proactive Office Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operation. The Office Administrative Assistant will assist managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. The candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have excellent multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors to the office
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (email, letters, packages, etc.)
  • Organize and schedule appointments
  • Write and distribute emails, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
  • Maintain contact lists
  • Provide general support to visitors and clients
  • Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial, and other data
  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a relevant administrative role
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the precious metals industry or a related field
  • Knowledge of precious metals terminology and products
  • Familiarity with CRM systems

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 80 per week
