Salary 26,000 - 28,000 50% OTE Bonus

We are looking for a Sous Chef who has a proven track record in maintaining standards, recruiting and then training their teams and have bags of ambition. As a Sous Chef, you will be instrumental in leading this great team and delivering an amazing customer experience. You will need experience in large branded food operations and be able to maintain the highest of standards.

The ideal Sous Chef will have a good understanding of the logistics of food service and champion high standards. They will have a key desire to progress further within the company under the leadership of a fantastic Kitchen Manager/Head Chef.

The progression is into a Head Chef / Kitchen Manager role, in which you will manage every aspect of your kitchen's operation. A Sous Chef's responsibilities include the recruitment and development of junior chefs, and ensuring all kitchen staff are trained to company standard. You will ensure your kitchen achieves all financial targets and GPs, aiding in sales initiatives, and meet brand standard expectations.
