```Duties```
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports
- Perform general accounting tasks, such as journal entries and bank reconciliations
- Support the month-end and year-end close processes
- Assist with tax compliance and preparation of tax returns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial information
- Maintain and update financial records and documentation
- Assist in the implementation of accounting policies and procedures
- Conduct research on accounting regulations and best practices

```Requirements```
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Associate's degree with 2 years of experience.
- Strong understanding of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles)
- Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance
- Experience with financial accounting software (e.g., Sage)
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analysis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Preferred Skills:
- Previous experience in public accounting or related field
- Familiarity with private equity accounting principles
- Experience working with large volumes of data

Pay: $63,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
