Revive is Hiring a Sales Coordinator Near Irvine, CA

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

The Sales Coordinator will support the Property Advisors and Owner's Reps by facilitating communication with prospective clients and ensuring clients are supported from the start to finish of their renovation journey. The Sales Coordinator will support the sales team in outbound efforts to help Revive grow across the country and will assist in the project management of residential renovations projects once they have begun. 

One of the reasons homeowners and real estate agents choose Revive for their renovation projects is the speed, transparency, and quality of our work. Sales Coordinators are a key component of that since they help clients navigate this process from initial call through the last day of construction. 

This is an onsite role and will work out of our Irvine headquarters 5 days/week. 

Responsibilities

  • Work in close collaboration with Property Advisors and Owner’s Representatives to manage pipeline and ensure team is briefed prior to any meetings
  • Schedule initial and follow up meetings between Property Advisors, home owners, and real estate agents 
  • Gather and organize the required documentation from homeowners and agents in order to proceed with renovation proposals and projects
  • Coordinate with Production and Design teams around scope of work and project estimates
  • Discuss scopes of work in detail with contractors and assist in presenting scopes to agents and homeowners
  • Analyze comparable properties to provide valuations, ensuring detailed scopes of work are tailored to the client goals and nearby properties in the given market
  • Communicate with clients around project updates through phone, email, text, and Zoom
  • Assist in overseeing the inbound inbox, chat, & phone line to answer inquiries & funnel them to the appropriate channels
  • Assist the sales team in performing & tracking outbound lead generation

WHO YOU ARE:

Requirements

  • 2 years of sales, account management, or customer support experience
  • Familiar and comfortable with the real estate underwriting process and documentation
  • Home renovations experience and knowledge of the construction process
  • Comfortable discussing project scopes in detail with contractors, colleagues, and clients
  • Ability to manage multiple projects across various stages of the process, involving multiple Revive team members
  • Solutions-oriented mindset, with an ability to be empathetic to client situations and discreetly deal with sensitive situations
  • Experience with Hubspot or Salesforce
  • Excellent written and verbal communication

Nice to Have

  • Experience working for a general contractor or interior designer
  • Experience with Buildertrend or other project estimating software

Total compensation will fall between 60-90k and is a combination of base plus commission.
