**Sales Coordinator - Ecommerce Key Accounts**

The Ecommerce Key Account Sales Coordinator will play a very important role on the Sales Team. They will act as a liaison between all OluKai Departments and our Ecommerce Business Agency. As our Sales Coordinator you will manage the order return file, order management, prepare weekly selling documents, and ensure our products are correctly merchandised on the platform. It is a big opportunity to learn the ins and outs of our online wholesale business.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

* Order Management to include Data entry, size breaks, bulk maintenance (adjustments), Order entry, Bulk order uploads

* Selling: Update Weekly selling recaps and report on important findings, utilize the Amazon portal to create reports and export data.

* Site Merchandising: Ensure listings are correct with bi-weekly checks or as needed, coordinate photo samples with marketing for missing imagery, work with marketing and creative team to create new info graphics and product videos

* Return Management: Log returns, Refund customers, Manage and Report return issues with related departments

* Active SKU Platform Maintenance: Set up new products, alert issues or changes to agency team (price changes, etc.) Other responsibilities as needed

Experience and Skills Required:

* Bachelor Degree Required

* Minimum of 2 years of prior customer service, sales, and/or buying experience

* Fast learner

* Detail oriented, organized, able to multi-task

* Able to operate in a fast past environment with a sense of urgency

* Highly proficient in Excel

* Team player willing to go the extra mile

* Full Circle, ERP or like system experience a plus, but not required

* Digital/Online Experience a plus, but not required
