Purpose:
The Patient Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for making patient appointments based on care recommendations provided. Tasks may be integrated into another position e.g., intake coordination, inbound and outbound calls, as needed. The position creates an atmosphere of warmth, personal interest, positive emphasis, and a calm attitude when visiting with staff and patients.
There may be some travel associated with this position. Mileage would be paid.
Duties:
The Patient Scheduling Coordinator will efficiently assist patients in navigating the scheduling process for all appointment types.
