Are you open to changing environments at a moment’s notice? If you found yourself nodding your head to all of these questions, our Scheduling Coordinator position may be right for you!

LabtronX helps keep water safe and clean by ensuring that the equipment used to check the water is accurate and reliable. Over 40 years ago, LabtronX started as a service company, focused on general lab equipment maintenance and calibration. We work for a range of industries on a diverse array of equipment. Hundreds of water facilities rely on our expertise to provide the services needed to maintain their critical equipment.

We have an impact on the way regulations and certifications are written and enforced. With our Accuracy Assurance Program, we visit public utilities regularly to calibrate and maintain their quality control lab and process equipment. We listen, analyze, and adapt to become something greater than what we are now. We aim to provide stellar customer service to our customers. After four decades in this industry, we don’t want to just solve problems — we strive to be the solution!

What You Will Do:

  • Help fulfill our mission by maintaining high-quality water for hundreds of communities

  • Plan technicians’ calibration trips based on previous visits
  • Account for equipment and allot the time needed to complete the work
  • Set up sales orders detailing pricing and assets to be maintained for our customers’ approval a month in advance of the scheduled work
  • Meet the monthly deadline to obtain approvals and additional information from our customers
  • Ensure that the needed equipment and sales items have been distributed and the technicians are informed before each scheduled trip is due
  • Verify that reminders (via postcards and emails) have been sent to inform our customers about the upcoming trip
  • Confirm that customers will be provided with certificates and technical information on the equipment our technicians use

  • Applying basic water industry theory and operations
  • Identifying water quality equipment and their purpose
  • Filing and printing (on a limited scale)
  • Quality control systems and standards

What We Need You To Bring:

  • A friendly attitude!
  • Adaptability! We never know what a customer will throw at us and we have to get their schedule adjusted on short notice. There’s no telling what might happen in the field, so the ability to adjust schedules promptly is essential.
  • Integrity, to use a set of principles to help make choices in changing or unfamiliar situations
