Position Summary :

As a critical member of the Revibe Men’s Health team, the medical assistant is responsible for performing blood draws and injections, preparing patients for examination, verifying patient information, and completing and maintaining patient charts.

Position Responsibilities :

• Perform blood pressure checks, blood draws, injections, and other various medical tasks as requested by the physician and manager.
• Communicate lab test results and physician’s recommendations to patients.
• Work with the team to ensure a smooth flow of operation.
• Greet patients with a friendly smile and properly check them in and out.
• Professionally manage incoming and outgoing telephone calls and e-mails.
• Receive and check in medications.
• Process collected specimens, ensure proper ordering of labs and correct labeling of tubes, and send them out for testing.
• Learn the EMR Clinic System and maintain and update patient records.
• Process incoming and outgoing mail / packages.

Position Qualifications :

• Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong administrative skills.
• Organized
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, such as Word and Excel.
• Must be a team player with a positive and professional disposition.
• Flexible
• A medical background is a plus.
• The ability to perform or willingness to learn phlebotomy and injections is a plus.
• One year of experience in consultative sales is a plus.
• Bilingual communication is a plus.
