You’ve been hitting the books, exploring the world of supply chain through your educational curriculum (entering your senior year in the Bachelor’s program or are a Masters student of any year). You have a passion for helping others along their life’s journey and you’re interested in how to thrive in business while focusing on both commercial and social good.

You find you’re exceptionally talented at translation- breaking down complex concepts in a way that’s relatable to people- and you’re gifted at presenting analogies that help you to articulate concepts to folks less familiar. You see tech as an essential enabler to integration, transparency, visibility, empowered decision making and harmonization. You believe that no one should be left behind, or forced to work in disparate ways just because they don’t know what they don’t know.

You have an awareness of the ERP system called SAP. 

You may be a little nerdy- you’re definitely intensely curious-and you’re goal oriented- with a keen eye for detail.Perhaps most importantly, you understand that for people, problems are never fixed in the long term by doing something to them, but rather by walking side by side and doing something with them. At Reveal, we light the path for learning, we reveal the hidden value in supply chains, and we transform what matters. 

What: Is this what you’re looking for? 

Our internships last 9-12 weeks, curated to the availability, level of experience, education, interests and familiarity with both the integrated supply chain and SAP as a technical platform. You will have specific, time-phased deliverables (outlined below) coupled with opportunistic learning/project/tasks depending on what we’ve got cooking at the time.

You will have a mentor directly assigned to guide you along your way, as well as leadership support to help guide the program and provide additional development for you as a professional. We hope that you’ll love it so much you’ll want to come back and join the team.

KEY DELIVERABLES:

You’ll be introduced to our oVo® methodology and immersed in our education curriculum. In doing so, you will:

• Engage in our Digital Learning Platform (DLP)

• Review and watch conducted sessions delivering our Business Education documents

• Engage in a 3-day PowerPoint training where you will apply your new skillset

• Create and present an Executive Overview Presentation

• Participate in our oVo® Level 1 Certification Exam

• Join in to listen to our Summertime Boot Camp

As part of our culture, you will:

• Take two personality assessments which will guide you in how to work best with others

• Read two books required reading by all employees

• Attend our Friday methodology, business to business/town hall meetings- Have an opportunity to attend a in person leadership summit and methodology week the on the last week of the internship program

• Your main project you will be partnered and guided by your mentor and will be discussed in the interview process
