Seeking MATERIAL PLANNER / Supply Chain Specialist for 12 months CONTRACT assignment (possible CONTRACT to PERM after 6-12 months)

Will do material availability, material planning and material movement of vehicle parts for a manufacturing plant.

Naperville, IL Area
100% ON SITE, not hybrid
Manager has NO interest in remote workers!
12 months CONTRACT assignment (possible CONTRACT to PERM after 6-12 months)
Schedule – Monday to Friday
Hours – 8:00am to 5:00pm
Candidates must be local and able to work onsite 5 days a week.
This team does NOT have a hybrid schedule.

==============DUTIES: MATERIAL PLANNER / Supply Chain Specialist
JOB DESCRIPTION: MATERIAL PLANNER
- Main responsibility will be to support the manufacturing plant’s request for support on material availability to meet production
- Will be working with internal and external suppliers to meet the production requirements
- Will be responsible for identifying opportunities to improve.
- Will also implement processes and solutions to prevent reoccurrence of delays.
- Will also be given assignments with work with production facilities on cost savings opportunities in freight, logistics, operations.
