The Interior Design Studio Coordinator will work closely across all departments in the interior design firm to actively help coordinate project deliverables. The position will keep track of project timelines as they pertain to on-site project work and product deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor project performance and take proactive action to ensure projects are meeting timelines objectives
• Develop and manage project schedule and milestones to ensure project is on time.
• Maintain client communications and contact, in particular for scope of work and obtain necessary client approvals,
• Conduct weekly team meetings with staff and update project status reports, weekly
• Coordinate studio meeting with outside vendors and partners
• Manage studio samples library
• Coordinate delivery/submission of vendor COI documents to buildings as necessary
• Coordinate product delivery to project site
