Receptionist Role
- Answers the phone.
- Checking in and out
- Booking future appointments
- Confirm appointments
- Prepares patient charts with appropriate forms.
- Directing Patients
- Organizing Mails
- Assists in keeping waiting room neat.
- Assists staff in keeping nourishments stocked.
- Gives occasional lunch and telephone relief for other staff.
- Performs other duties as required.
- Maintain HIPAA at all times.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
- Customer service: 3 years (Preferred)
- Medical terminology: 2 years (Preferred)

- Spanish (Required)
