Compensation: $75-100K Commission

A full-service industry leading water, mold, and large loss fire restoration and construction company. We are one the largest commercial restoration companies in the country.

Regional Sales to include a territory to include California and surrounding states

JOB DESCRIPTION:

● Meet and exceed sales quota by executing the sales cycle, setting up consultation and closing meetings, maintaining contact lists, participating in professional associations.

● Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region.

● Complete Emergency Ready Profiles (ERPs) and discuss benefits of emergency event preparation.

● Execute and maintain Master Service Agreements (MSAs).

● Schedule and perform one-on-one meetings with COIs to develop clients.

● Build and maintain customer relationships with existing clientele.

● Utilize Customer Relationship Management software to update significant changes in accounts, record detailed interactions with customers, and identify COIs through historical information.

● Increase sales territory revenue by consistently achieving sales territory goals.

● Travel within the assigned region to meet with clients, attend industry events, and conduct business meetings.

QUALIFICATIONS:

● A minimum of five years of business-to-business sales experience in restoration or related field.

● Proven experience in sales, customer service, administrative, verbal, and written communication skills.

● Strong business and financial background and process-and-results-driven attitude.

● Experience in commercial cleaning and restoration and/or related industry.

● Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business or equivalent experience preferred.

● Computer and technology efficiency.

● Proficient time management and self-motivation is paramount to success.
