Commercial Business Developer

Salary: $70,000 - $85,000 base plus commission.

With commission overall $100,000 - $120,000

We are seeking a Business-to-Business, Sales Professional who has demonstrated success in prospecting and developing new business with Property Managers, Assisted Living Facilities, Schools, Universities, Hospitality or other commercial end-users. (Must have experience selling a service such as cleaning, restoration, landscaping, pest control, etc).

You are a highly skilled, and successful hunter who has developed relationships with decision makers. You possess an energetic and engaging personality, and are self-motivated, and very comfortable meeting new people! You possess excellent communication skills, have superb interpersonal skills, are highly organized and able to multitask! If this describes you, YOU WILL THRIVE IN OUR WORK ENVIRONMENT!

Your primary focus will be selling insurance restoration services and cleaning services to Property Managers. This company has an established client base for you to visit and call on to develop the relationship and sell additional services.

In this role, the majority of your time will be out in the field developing relationships and closing sales! The remainder of your time will be spent working alongside the owners as well as attending marketing events. In this position, you will have a voice and a seat at the table to help grow the business! Looking for someone who is entrepreneurial minded!

Requirements:

  • Experience selling to key decision makers with Property Managers, Assisted Living Communities, Universities, Schools or other commercial properties within the Denver area
  • Track record of commercial outside sales
  • Experience with outsides sales within insurance restoration or other service related industries

Responsibilities:

  • Meet or exceed sales quota by implementing the sales cycle, setting up face-to-face meetings and participating in professional associations
  • Build customer relationships and rapport by discussing the benefits of emergency event preparation
  • Encourage referrals to Increase sales territory revenue
  • Maintain up to date, detailed records for all prospects and customers
  • Monitor customer satisfaction by reviewing customer satisfaction forms, conducting follow-up phone calls, and doing follow-up visits
  • Occasional tradeshows and involvement with marketing
