TRAVELING RESTORATION SUPERVISOR PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Main responsibilities include assisting APMs, PMs, and PCs with specific project field documentation and executing the project scope of work
• Available and capable to drive company fleet vehicles to and from projects, including towing 20’ bumper-pull trailer with a 1 ton truck, both local and national
• Oversees a crew of 8-10 general cleaning laborers
• Responsible for crew sign in sheets, crew production, and meeting project deadlines with direct tasks to complete
• Knowledge and awareness of all company equipment and consumables for daily tracking on Material & Equipment Sheets
• Creates safety daily huddles, daily timesheets, sign in sheets, daily material & equipment sheets, and reconciles receipts of approved purchases prior to deadlines
• Available to travel extensively, work overtime, weekends, holidays and arrives to work promptly
• Shows great aptitude, attitude and willingness to move up in the organization by adding a value to the company
• Always provides a great written daily record of activities performed which could include production measurements of materials removed and or cleaned
• ‘Supervisor’s Daily Log” that updates the PM of work performed and manages their crew with a firm but respectful vocal delivery
• Proficient in Microsoft Office environment using smart phones, laptops and or tablets
• Highly honed ability in both verbal and written communications
• Able to pass MVR & Background Check

OPTIONAL BUT NOT REQUIRED

• Environmental Training accreditations in asbestos abatement, microbial remediation , bio-hazardous materials, fentanyl & meth decontamination, etc.
• Accreditations from IICRC in water, fire, smoke, odor control or microbial remediation

COMPENSATION

• Hourly Wage $26-$28 based on years of industry experience
