Salary: $80,000 - $105,000 per year plus bonus.

- Great commission structure. Could make up to $150,000 -200,000 overall with salary and bonus!

Our client is a full-service restoration company with a great reputation and a heart for service helping residential and commercial customers whose property was damaged by fire, water or other disasters. This is a future need, but for the right candidate, could hire within a few weeks.

As the Project Director, you will be the driving force behind expanding the company’s success with 3 primary functions:_ Business Development, Estimating and Project Management._

What You'll Do:

• Sales/ Business Development: Develop and nurture strong relationships with key industry players and potential commercial clients, ensuring that our services remain top-of-mind. You’ll be working closely with owners and managers of commercial, industrial, government, and residential properties damaged by water, fire or other disasters.
• Estimating: Xactimate, negotiating effectively with insurance providers to deliver comprehensive and professional estimates promptly and accurately on both mitigation and reconstruction services.
• Project Coordination: Drive the team forward by providing guidance and support. Coordinate with Project Managers, ensuring budget, scope, and schedule are on track while providing the customer updates.
• Exceed Expectations: Meet and surpass sales and profitability targets, while maintaining excellent customer service.

Requirements:

• Proven Experience: A minimum of 5 years' experience in Project Management within the realm of Insurance Restoration is essential.
• Business Development: A strong history of sales/ business development within the restoration industry specifically in the greater Denver area.
• Negotiation Prowess: A strong background in identifying, negotiating with, and managing subcontractors, ensuring seamless project coordination from start to finish.
• Empathetic Leadership: The capacity to manage emotional customer situations with empathy and prompt, effective solutions.
• Tech Proficiency: A solid command of Xactimate
