Now Hiring Maintenance Technician in Ogden area

Day shift Monday through Friday 6:00 am to 4:00 pm (hours may vary) Pay rate will be based on experience from $20.00 to $22.00 hourly.

Key responsibilities for this role include Perform preventative maintenance on facility and production machinery. Troubleshoot, repair, and lubricate machines and equipment. Perform work on mechanical drive components including bearings, bushings, seals, gears and belt/chain drives. Perform layout, welding, and fabrication work. Install, dismantle, clean, reassemble, and move production machinery. Perform fluid mechanic repairs (hydraulic and pneumatic).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with overhead crane repair.
• Ability to read blueprints, and schematics to determine repair procedures.
• Knowledge of machinery, mechanics, plumbing, welding, and fluid mechanics (pneumatic and hydraulic).
• Understanding of industrial electrical principals and controls.
• Ability to weld (MMAW), use acetylene torch, and plasma cutter required. 
• Welding certification and/or CAD experience is a plus.

Minimum Qualifications: 

• Highschool diploma or equivalent. 
• At least one (1) year experience in related field.
• Steel Toed boots required 
• Attendance is key
