We are looking for a reliable, energetic office clerk/ dispatcher that is bilingual Spanish/English to work in a furniture distribution warehouse in West Valley City. Some daily functions include ensuring customer orders are being shipped, ensuring customer requests are met in an expeditious manner, and assisting with office duties as needed.

Pay  $18 per hour

 Shift 8am to 4:30pm Tuesday to Saturday

Job Description 

• coordinate with team
• Dispatching Drivers
• Answering Customers Calls
• Helping customers with will-call orders
• Calling customers to schedule 
• Informing customers of potential late deliveries
• Rescheduling deliveries
• Taking drivers calls
• Entering delivery notes into system
• Completing customer surveys after delivery

• Bilingual English/Spanish 
• Some dispatch experience is desired
• Excellent work ethic - reliable, hard-working, quick.
• Great Customer Service
• Basic computer skills
• Attention to Detail
• Able to multitask
• Available to work Saturdays
