Job Overview: We are seeking a reliable and experienced Housekeeper to join our team. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment for our guests. This is a vital role in ensuring our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Responsibilities: - Perform general cleaning duties such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing - Clean and disinfect bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, and showers - Change bed linens and make beds - Replenish supplies such as towels, toiletries, and cleaning products - Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly - Maintain cleanliness of common areas such as lobbies, hallways, and elevators - Follow established procedures for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms - Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the Housekeeping Manager - Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing job duties Experience: - Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial work is preferred - Knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment is a plus - Familiarity with hospitality industry standards and practices is beneficial - Ability to perform industrial cleaning tasks in a hotel setting - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Excellent time management skills to ensure timely completion of tasks Note: This is not an exhaustive list of responsibilities.
