Store Manager

Duties:

- Oversee daily operations of the store, including sales, customer service, and inventory management.
- Set sales goals and develop strategies to achieve them.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, making adjustments as needed to maximize profitability.
- Train and supervise store staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
- Conduct employee orientation and ongoing training to ensure staff is knowledgeable about products and sales techniques.
- Implement effective retail math strategies to optimize pricing, promotions, and profit margins.
- Develop and execute marketing plans to drive traffic and increase sales.
- Recruit, hire, and train new employees to build a strong team.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment.

Skills:

- Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Proficient in point-of-sale (POS) systems and able to troubleshoot any issues that arise.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers and staff.
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
- Knowledge of retail math principles for pricing, discounts, and profit margins.
- Experience in sales management, including setting goals, analyzing performance, and implementing strategies for improvement.
- Familiarity with the local market and ability to identify trends and opportunities.
- Ability to recruit and select qualified candidates for employment.
