Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and customer service, with a drive to exceed targets and contribute to the growth of the company.

Duties:
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of products and services
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Utilize sales techniques such as cold calling, networking, and referrals to generate leads
- Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to closing deals
- Provide exceptional customer service before and after the sale
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis

Skills:
- Excellent public speaking and presentation skills
- Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus (multilingual)
- Experience in cold calling and lead generation
- Strong understanding of sales pipelines and processes
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage leads and customer interactions effectively
- Bilingual proficiency is advantageous
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service roles is beneficial

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
