Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve food items in accordance with company standards and health regulations.
• Operate POS system to process customer orders and payments accurately.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including food preparation and serving areas.
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales.
• Adhere to food safety protocols to ensure the well-being of customers and staff.
• Utilize upselling techniques to increase sales and promote additional menu items.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and efficient service.
• Demonstrate proficiency in food handling, including pizza preparation, to meet customer expectations.
• Apply basic math skills for tasks such as calculating change and verifying orders.

Qualifications:

• Experience in POS systems, food service, cash handling, customer service, and food safety.
• Previous restaurant experience, particularly in serving and food handling.
• Strong time management skills and ability to upsell products.
• Knowledge of food preparation and sanitation practices.
• Basic math skills and experience in retail or kitchen environments.
