Renewal by Andersen of the Carolinas is looking to add a Payroll Specialist to our growing team. As a member of our team, the Payroll Specialist will be responsible for accurately and efficiently calculating sales commissions and additional payroll responsibilities within the organization. We are seeking a talented individual with meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING THE ROLE

• Work closely with Payroll Manager to support the payroll processing cycle.
• Assist in calculation of wages, overtime, deductions, bonus and commission.
• Excellent customer service to internal stakeholders.
• Data entry
• Ad Hoc reporting
• Verify and track timekeeping data.

WHAT YOU BRING THE PERSON

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Payroll and/or HR experience is preferred.
• Commission calculating experience is preferred.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters.
• Work at a fast-pace with sense of urgency to meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping.
