Are you driven by growth and possess strong logical thinking coupled with analytical skills? Do you have over 5 years of hands-on experience in developing and executing robust direct response marketing campaigns? The teammate in this space is someone who can analyze cultural trends, quantitative and qualitative data, and behavioral patterns to devise relevant and realistic plans and recommendations. If you're well-versed in success measurements in Branding/Awareness and Direct Response, with a deep understanding of channel-specific campaign management and optimization practices, we want to hear from you. Bring your entrepreneurial spirit and thrive in our high-growth, fast-paced environment where innovation is valued, and disruptive business-building is encouraged while meeting strict deadlines. Experience in segmentation, targeting, acquisition and retention, pricing and revenue, and conversion reporting and analytics is essential. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (SharePoint, Excel, Power Automate, etc.) and Adobe Creative Suite is a must, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills, strategic storytelling ability, keen attention to detail, and a team-oriented attitude. This position requires daily commuting to the office with the flexibility of telecommuting up to 2 times a week.

$70,000 - $80,000 per year monthly performance bonus based on KPIs
