Renda Media of Bonita Springs, Florida is seeking a professional full-time Marketing / Administrative Assistant. This is an on-site position. The successful candidate will have the proven ability to prioritize work in a fun but stressful environment. The role requires performing a variety of administrative tasks for the Marketing, business, and traffic departments. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with the ability to multitask, balance priorities, take direction, possess excellent communication and customer service skills, plus enjoy working in a team environment that is fast-paced and deadline-driven!
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Assist with Business and Traffic Office.
· Basic web page maintenance & social media posting
· Work with concert promoters to secure tickets & prizes
· Assist the sales team with proposal entries & event recaps
Requirements for this position include the following:
· Possess a professional and welcoming personality.
· Knowledge of Microsoft Office products
· Excellent social media skills including Facebook, Instagram, and X.
· Website/graphic design- Photoshop
· Accurate data entry skills.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet strict deadlines.
· Must be a self-starter, able to work with minimal supervision.
· High school diploma or equivalent
While this is a full time, M-F role with a salary of $41,600, this is no ordinary 9-5 desk job! This is an opportunity for the right candidate to grow this position in many different directions.
