Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and professional part time Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth office operations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
The Front Desk Receptionist primary responsibility is to be at the front desk greeting guests and answering incoming calls. During times with no guests, this position assists HR with various administrative and clerical responsibilities. The hours for this position are from 7:30 am to 12:00 p.m. Monday - Friday.
