Position Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and professional part time Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth office operations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

The Front Desk Receptionist primary responsibility is to be at the front desk greeting guests and answering incoming calls. During times with no guests, this position assists HR with various administrative and clerical responsibilities. The hours for this position are from 7:30 am to 12:00 p.m. Monday - Friday. 

Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Attend the front desk during business hours and greet and direct guests in a polite and timely manner.
  • Make appointments and pick up supplies and other for Executive Management.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls to appropriate departments.
  • Provide administrative support to the Human Resource Department including the following:
    • Accept and review applications of employment and assist with scheduling interviews with hiring supervisors.
    • Assist the HR Administrator with Onboarding new employees, including organizing and preparing of paperwork, drug testing and training.
    • Assist with auditing and filing paperwork.
    • Assist with organizing and participating in company events.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the HR Supervisor.

Experience, Educational, and Additional Requirements:

  • Verbal and written communication skills to interact clearly with customers, vendors and other employees required.
  • Must be able to speak both English and Spanish.
  • Interpersonal skills to create a pleasant experience for all customers required.
  • Organization skills to keep accurate records and find important information quickly required.
  • Must be comfortable with speaking and presenting information to a group setting.
  • Operational knowledge of Microsoft Office products required.
  • Must be able to lift 25lb.
  • Pass company's Driver Approval Process required.
