Position Overview:
Are you passionate about renewable energy and want to make a difference in the world while utilizing your technical expertise and customer-focused skills? We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Renewable Energy Customer Success Manager & Sales Engineer. In this hybrid role, you will play a crucial part in the customer journey, bridging the gap between sales and customer support while ensuring our customers receive the best possible experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Technical Expertise: Develop an in-depth understanding of our renewable energy products and solutions. Act as a subject matter expert, providing technical guidance and expertise to both customers and the sales team.
  • Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and effectively communicate the technical aspects of our products to potential clients.Assist in crafting proposals and presentations to showcase the benefits and features of our renewable energy solutions.
  • Customer Onboarding: Guide customers through the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition from sales to implementation.Provide technical support during the initial setup and configuration of our products.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their goals and needs. Proactively identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling our products and services.
  • Technical Support: Serve as a point of contact for customers requiring technical assistance or issue resolution. Collaborate with our technical support team to ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries.
  • Product Feedback: Gather customer feedback on product functionality and performance, and relay this information to the product development team for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field (e.g., Engineering, Renewable Energy, Environmental Science).
  • Proven experience in a technical role, preferably within the renewable energy industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Sales experience or a strong willingness to learn and contribute to the sales process.
  • Customer-centric mindset and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
