Remote is Hiring a Member Programs Manager Near Raleigh, NC

James Moore & Co, P.L.'s H.R. Solutions team, is currently working with AGN International-North America in search of Member Programs Manager. AGN International is a worldwide association of separate and independent accounting, tax, and advisory businesses that provide services across the globe.

As the Member Programs Manager, you are responsible for managing, and providing oversight for all aspects of AGN education and professional development activities. You will work with the Regional Director and other staff to develop and implement strategies for addressing the professional needs of its members.

Additionally, you will:

  • Plan, develop, implement, and evaluate the educational programs and activities, including speaker recruitment and session planning for webinars, roundtables and AGN’s annual Regional Meeting with upwards of eight tracks of content.
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate CPE and non-CPE initiatives and programs.
  • Oversee education operations to ensure that AGN maintains its NASBA accreditation status.
  • Direct and oversee the management of member communities (share groups and user groups) with ultimate responsibility for all deliverables and outcomes related to those groups.
  • Maximize efficiencies of community software platforms for member communications, shared resources in the AGN Knowledge Bank and member engagement
  • Coordinate and attend multiple conferences and sub-regional meetings throughout the year.

What you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
  • 5 years of professional work experience, CPA firm or industry experience, or recent membership organization experience preferred.
  • Up-to-date knowledge useful of technical matters such as knowledge-sharing platforms, valuable events and in-person/virtual education programs.
  • Higher Logic, iMIS experience preferred.

What you'll bring:

  • Strong written and oral communication skills. Attention to detail and exceptional time management and organizational skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent customer service, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Proficient in M.S. Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams). Background with Zendesk, IMIS, and Wrike is a plus.
