As a Membership Advisor, your mission is to create a supportive and inclusive atmosphere for members who've joined O2 Fitness through insurance or corporate-based programs like SilverSneakers, OnePass, or GlobalFit. You'll inspire eligible members to stay consistent with their fitness routines while guiding them through the ins and outs of gym memberships.

Qualifications

Responsibilities:

• Fitness Motivation: Empower eligible members to make the most of their Fitness Benefit Program resources.
• Enrollment Support: Guide potential members through the enrollment process, acting as a liaison between them, club staff, and program representatives.
• Membership Retention: Assist expired program members in transitioning to a general O2 Fitness membership, and motivate past members to reignite their active lifestyles.

Qualifications:

• Phone Etiquette and Clarity: Excellent communication skills are a must, as you'll spend most of your time engaging with members over the phone.
• Customer Service Skills: Provide knowledgeable service with genuine enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Tech Proficiency: Navigate various programs swiftly and adeptly, with a strong grasp of internet usage and data entry.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Senior Citizens: While not all our insurance members are seniors, most of our seniors are insurance members.
• Extensive Club Knowledge: Possess comprehensive knowledge of all club activities and promotions.
• Motivation: Be driven to contribute positively to the O2 Fitness community.
• Alignment with Core Values: Embody the core values of O2 Fitness.

Compensation:

• Part-Time: 15-20 hours per week
• Hourly Salary: $12 - $15*
